The Dacia Service Plan ("Dacia Service Plan") will expire when the vehicle reaches the age or mileage limit from date of first registration (whichever comes sooner) as specified in the Dacia Service Plan. Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals (refer to the Warranty and Service sheet in the Handover Document wallet for details) within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles at a Dacia Approved outlet. Servicing does not include wear and tear parts including but not limited to brakes, tyres and wiper blades. All prices quoted are MRRP. The Dacia Service Plan cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.
The Dacia Service Plan is available on vehicles ordered between 4th January 2021 and 31st March 2021 and registered and financed by 30th June 2021. All prices quoted are MRRP. Dacia Service Plans cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.
Geographic Coverage: The Service Pack applies to any vehicle sold new in the United Kingdom as long as it remains registered in one of the following European countries:

Dacia Service Plan payment process (as applicable): The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:
BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.
In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Dacia Service Plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the Dacia Service Plan and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.
The Dacia Service Plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the Dacia Service Plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
