As an approved franchised dealer, customers are the focus of all we do, and we’re committed to providing the highest levels of service.
Candidates will be required to report to the Parts Manager and work alongside a team of Parts Advisors, in this role you will ensure that the right part is in the right place at the right time! To succeed in this role you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills as you will be dealing with front of house customers both trade and retail as well as back of house customers in the workshop.
To assist you there are systems and processes in place including a computerised stock and order dealer management system (DMS) so you will ideally need to be IT literate and some experience in using the Kerridge/CDK DMS systems would be desirable.
You will also be receiving, sorting and storing parts as they arrive, to ensure we have the correct stock and it can be easily found, thus ensuring the best possible service to your customers. You will ideally have experience and a strong automotive franchise dealer background.
Hours of work to be:
Monday – Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Alternate Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm
