Gravells are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their dealership based in Kidwelly. This is an exciting customer based role, with first-class training and outstanding long-term careerprospects. The comprehensive programme provides you with an exciting andchallenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensiveproduct training as well as building up confidence and gaining valuable workexperience whilst undertaking the role.
Duties will include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for all customers entering thedealership and ensuring they receive the best customer service experience. •Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. • Booking in carsfor MOT's and service. • Liaising with customers in a professional, polite andcourteous manner both face to face and via the telephone. • Working to a highlevel of customer service at all times. • General adhoc duties as and whenrequired.
The ideal candidate:Excellent communication skills, passionate aboutthe automotive industry, forward thinking and keen to learn with an interest indevelopment and progression, take a pride in appearance, hardworking, punctual,reliable, ability to use own initiative, must have a 'can do’ attitude, with a politeand courteous manner.
Knowledge and experience in using a Kerridge DMS is desirable.
Hours of work would be: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm, Fridays 8.00am- 4.30pm, Saturdays 8.00am - 12.30pm.
