GRAVELLS KIA NARBETH NAMED INDUSTRY LEADER IN REPUTATION.COM’S 2020 TOP 50 DEALER LIST

Gravells Kia Narbeth has been named as an ‘Industry Leader’ and ranked highly in Reputation.com’s Dealer Top 50 UK list, within Reputation.com’s 2020 Automotive Reputation Report Update.

The Pembrokeshire-based dealership scored an enormous 851points out of a possible 1,000, while eight other Kia dealershipsdominated the top 50 list. As a brand, Kia UK scored 668 pointswith just seven points separating it from the lead position.

Gravells Kia Narbeth was listed amongst the best of all UK dealers based on the car-buying experience and unfiltered voice of consumers, with more than 33,000 online reviews across various platforms and countries collated and assessed by Reputation.com for its report. The report assigns brands, dealer groups and individual dealerships a Reputation Score based on an analysis of these reviews.
