Our workshops have resumed servicing, repairs and MOT’s.

All services handled responsibly in line with social distancing guidance.

Showrooms remain closed until further notice - remote order taking via our website forms and telephone.

An official statement from a representative for the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy said: "Dealerships are all able to continue to sell cars remotely and deliver cars, as long as they follow our clear guidance from Public Health England and Wales to protect both employees who cannot work from home and their customers."

We have re-started carrying out servicing, repairs and MOT’s, to help keep customer vehicles in top condition. All work will be carried out with the highest standard of hygiene to ensure the surfaces of all vehicles are clean before its return.

To support customers during COVID-19, Kia UK will honour valid warranty claims for repairs that could not take place before the expiry of the vehicle’s warranty due to government lockdown rules. For customers who have a Kia Care service plan, this will remain valid regardless of when the services are undertaken.


 

MOT testing guidance

 Cars and vans and motorcycles due their MOT from 30 March 2020 will have their MOT extended by 6 months.
