Dealer of the Year Award recognises achievements in sales, after sales and customer experience
Gravells Kia Bridgend has been named ‘Dealer of the Year’ at the 2023 Kia Dealer Excellence Awards, for the third consecutive year. In addition, and making a hattrick, the dealer won the ‘Sales Excellence Award’ and ‘After Sales Excellence Award’.
Gravells Kia Bridgend performed impressively throughout 2023 across all metrics measured by Kia for its annual awards. The ‘Dealer of the Year’ award takes into consideration all performance data from across a dealership’s sales, after sales and customer experience. Within each award category Gravells Kia Bridgend was praised highly for its performance, resulting in a truly outstanding achievement and coming out on top of Kia’s 190-strong dealer network.
A further Customer Experience Award certificate was presented to the dealership noting its exceptional customer service throughout the year. Only the top 20 Kia dealers receive the Customer Experience Award certificate.

In June 2023, Gravells Kia Bridgend won the ‘European Dealer of the Year’ award. The exclusive award, also referred to as the ‘Platinum Prestige Dealer Award’, is only given to the very best performing Kia dealerships, with just three per cent of Kia’s ~7,000 global dealerships obtaining platinum status.
Gravells Kia Bridgend is Wales’ largest Kia dealership and one of the six Gravells Kia dealers, with other locations at Kidwelly, Narberth, Swansea, Abergavenny and Hereford.
2023 was another impressive record year for Kia, selling 107,765 new cars – of which 45 per cent were electrified models, making Kia the third best-selling brand for electrified models in 2023.
