Schedule an appointment

Contact your Gravells Renault dealership to organise your EV charger installation. You’ll need to answer a few pre-survey questions to ensure the charger is suitable for your property, and to select your preferred payment method.

Survey

Once your order is placed, our partner Andersen EV will contact you within 24 working hours to support you through every step of the process. You’ll receive a survey link where you can upload photos and provide details about your property.

Installation Day

Andersen EV uses its own team of qualified in-house installers. They’ll arrange a convenient date with you and complete the installation at your property.

From arriving at your property to your very first charge, installation takes around 3-4 hours.

Our fully qualified electrical engineers will keep you informed and make sure you’ll all set up on your charger’s app. They’ll also run through a demonstration, so you know exactly how it works.

We won’t leave until you’re comfortable with everything, and you know how to get the most out of your charger.
